PUG Leadership

Protech User Group (PUG) is an independently governed and managed group of Protech customers and elected leaders. The mission of the Protech Users Group is to enhance the usefulness of Protech supported tools for all users and organizations. PUG members are dedicated to helping each other with the functional use of Protech tools by sharing best practices, business processes, and innovative ideas and configurations.  PUG aims to maintain a symbiotic relationship with Protech by channeling feedback on the customer experience to Protech staff to assist in focusing support and development efforts.
